SHIPPING
We try to ensure that all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day from our distribution centre in Sydney, Australia. Any orders received throughout the weekend will be shipped ASAP the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free for all Australian and New Zealand customers for all orders! If you live elsewhere, additional shipping rates will apply.

DELIVERY TIMES
Order delivery times depend on your location and the service selected.
- Australia: 2 – 4 business days
- New Zealand: 3 – 5 business days
- International: 5 – 10 business days

RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30-day satisfaction promise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our standard return window also lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.
